Digital accounts are delivered instantly and cannot be 'returned' once revealed. Instead, we back every item with a warranty and free replacements. Here is exactly how it works.

Every delivered item includes a warranty window shown at purchase (commonly 30 days, longer on annual plans). If the account stops working within that window through no fault of yours, we replace it for free.
Because credentials are revealed instantly and cannot be un-seen, all sales are final once an item is revealed. Use the warranty for free replacements instead of a refund.
If an order is paid but not yet delivered, or an item is undeliverable and cannot be replaced, we will credit your wallet for that item.
Approved credits are returned to your Rexo Pro wallet balance and can be used on any future order. Wallet balances are non-withdrawable unless required by law.
Go to Dashboard → Replacements, or contact support at support@rexopro.eu / @JaGoZar. Include your order code and a brief description so we can resolve it fast.
